Elena Shevchenko is a professional with a background in international business and investing. She graduated from the University of Washington with a degree in international business.

She joined Andreessen Horowitz (a16z) in 2018, focusing on European market expansion and client strategy, where she developed extensive experience in technology investing and international business.

Since 2023, she has led business development for Torva Capital Management’s European market, with responsibility for market expansion, strategic partnerships, and client relationship management. Her work supports cross-regional business growth.
